Achievements
- Quantum® achieved substantial savings through meticulous evaluation and careful negotiation and agreement of the fair-and-reasonable value of variation claims and provisional sum expenditure over $402,000 (incl GST)
- This represents savings of over 31% of the agreed Variations and Provisional Sum expenditure, and over 4% of the entire agreed Final Account including contract works.
- In addition, we assisted with Value Engineering during the contract (including scope and specification adjustments) which achieved substantial additional savings of over $51,000 (incl GST) for Alternative specified products;
- And additional savings of over $115,000 (incl GST) for Items which could be deferred or removed to be potentially undertaken at a later stage.
